Anyone Know how to create avatars...

I never seem to be able to find out how to make these, and was wonderin if anyone else knew.

Right click and save them.....use Microsoft Paint or something like that then find a picture hosting site and upload it......save the url then go to "change my avatar" on your control panel and put in the url......there you have it.

It's not that hard.

 

All you need, is an avatar that you can modify, and an image editing program.

 

MSPaint is an adequate enough program for this, and it has the basic functions that you need. Personally, I use GIMP for all my image editing stuff. It's a good free program, but it's not necessary for simple things.

 

Now, just open up Paint and the avatar you want. Then alter the image to what you want. Once you're done, you'll need somewhere to host it, if you don't have a space already. I hear Rancho Web is good, so I suggest you try that out.
