Guest Incandenza Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 My real-keeping abilities peaked when I was 19. That was four years ago; these days, I'm lucky if I can keep anything real for longer than a couple of minutes.
Guest swan Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 At 25 I'm probably just in denial then. Thanks for bursting my bubble.
Guest Incandenza Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 At 25 I'm probably just in denial then. Thanks for bursting my bubble. Oh, no, I think it varies. Genetics and such.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 well I'm unsure of my realness, maybe would have been the BEST
Guest welshjerichomark Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 i don't want do sound like a dumbass, but what exactly do you mean?
Guest crandamaniac Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 As opposed to keeping it imaginary?
Guest J*ingus Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Hell no. Making it up as I go is a lot easier.
Guest Dr. Wrestlingphysics Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Keeping is fake requires less effort!
Guest swan Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 i don't want do sound like a dumbass, but what exactly do you mean? If you have to ask you should just vote no and carry on.
Guest papacita Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 I have to keep it real, cuz I'm a bad lier.
Guest LooseCannon Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 I used to keep it real, back when it was cool to, but it went out of style in the late 90's. These days I'm getting crunk, but that trends starting to die out too, so I'm waiting for the next one to hit.
Guest MrRant Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 I don't keep it real... but its becoming harder and harder to keep track of the lies I've told.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 I keep it real with wrestling and that's about it, everything else changes every day, who knows if it's real or not?
Guest Ironman Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Hell yeah I do. With a sig like you have, you've gotta keep it real. As for me, I kept it real until about 25, now I just hang out. No more keeping it real, but I can pretend. *hangs out*
Guest Nezbyte Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Oh yes, my friend, the real is being kept.
Guest razazteca Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 well my pants sag.....but I am skinny so no
Guest Shaved Bear Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 well my pants sag.....but I am skinny so no better than being 350lbs and wearing 32in pants
Guest Sandman9000 Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 I couldn't keep it real if I tried.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 Yeah...I'm keepin it real and holdin it down in the 02...diggity yo? uh...fo shizzle
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 I don't know how to keep it real anymore. Nor do I know how to "represent".
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 I can hang wit anybody, but that's more of being a good guy to talk to than real. Or is it? I don't even know what real means, even in terms of its stereotypical rap/hip-hop/ghetto slang definition. If you think about, particularly in today's rap culture, the most popular, famous people are some of the fakest people around - rapping about stuff that doesn't matter like loose women and their cars and material possessions. Is that real? I'd like to hope not... but then, I also have to admit that I highly value my DVD collection and that'd make me materialistic too... so am I real by being excessively fake? For the record, I picked no
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted July 26, 2002 Report Posted July 26, 2002 I don't keep it real, but I rent it from time to time...
Guest bob_barron Posted July 26, 2002 Report Posted July 26, 2002 In January I was at SNL wearing shorts. Two people came up and praised me for keeping it real
