I used to last year... but then I stopped going to the gym. Right now, during the summer, I'm trying to watch what I eat and I plan to go back to the gym religiously once school starts.

I will soon. I'm in the process of quitting smoking, which is the first step of many in my quest to become a little less pathetic. I'll then hit the gym and strive towards turning my 135 pound frame into that of, say, a Greek god.

I can't afford an expensive-ass gym membership... I can barely afford to buy DVDs every month (in fact, unless something amazing comes up in August or September or October or... shoot, I literally won't be able to buy anything the rest of the year because of unemployment problems... DAMMIT!!!!).

Anyway, I don't work out in the traditional sense, but I do do some calisthetics (sp?) during commercials. I really want defined abs more than anything else in the world... I even got one of those Abtek ab-roller things, and every other day (sometimes every other other day if I forget or get caught up in a convo on this board) I go for at least 5 minutes. The first time it hurt for like a week, and it hella tightened my abs and made "the line" for the six pack, but that's the farthest I've ever gotten. The funny thing is, when I finish my arms hurt more than anything else, my abs are sore for maybe a minute... I need to find some way to work my abs a LOT so that I can look good shirtless at the beach when I'm down in SC!

My goal is to also look good w/o a shirt on. It's not going to happen in time to take advantage this summer, but I hope to be in great shape by this time next year.

I go four times a week. Im in good shape and mostly work my chest and arms. I dont smoke or drink so that helps. My big problem is that i find it very hard to put on weight. My goal for the end of the year is to have a body like Edge.

I have a problem with scheduling, but I look decent. I could use a few more pounds of added frame but I'm not skin and bones. Don't really work out for strenght training, I'm strong enough to do what I need to do in my everyday life without strugglw and I just do it to get in shape. Living on your own you tend to drink too miuch and eat the same, so it's harder but I'm working on it. Running is key.

I keep in shape, work out may be an over-statement. I run and do curl-ups and even now and then push ups. See I'm just wiry. Underwieght but wiry.

I work out mainly year through but I stop during wrestling season. We work out with the team during that time and I don't want to go home and do some more of my own excersing.

I'm still at the point in my life where I have very little excess weight. My metabolism is still faster enough to burn just about everything that I eat, so I don't work out now. In a year or two I have a feeling that I'll become a regular at the local Gold's. Right now I REALLY have to work on flexibility. Can't even touch my toes without a good 2 minutes of trying and failing.

I'm proud to say I look decent shirtless, but I'm really, really pale. There's no excusing that, either, as 1) I live in Florida, and 2) I tan very easily. I have a bit of a farmer's tan going on.

We've had one and a half months of hot weather in New York and I'm not even close to a complete tan yet. I should just lay outside in the backyard one day just to get it all done in one shot.

I'm so lazy... yet my metabolism is very fast so I don't gain weight very easily, thankfully. I also battle the lazy times of college by eating a salad twice a day. My girlfriend says I have nice stomach muscles though, haha.

as for a tan... well, I tan very nicely, although sometimes I like to spend the hot days inside with the AC.
