Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted July 25, 2002 Yea, I can't really tell either, but your cheeks look less "puffy", and Kingpk is right, you have no double-chin, whereas in the Steph pic you have a little. Assuming that the jacket you're wearing in the Steph pic isn't very thick, it also looks like you're a bit thinner around the shoulders and neck area, so I'll also say that it looks like you've lost a little weight. Guest Some Guy Report post Posted July 26, 2002 NBT what do you eat? If you eat all shitty food you'll get fat no matter what you do. Also moderation is the key. I eat whatever I feel like, I just don't eat 7 tons of it. It's all about self control and disipline. I;m 6'2" and 170-5lbs and I don't work out at all, I just don't gorge myself. I'm not saying that you do becasue I don't know, but if you do, just stop eating so much. It's no big secret. If you don't feed all the cells in your body they will die and go away.
