Have I lost weight?

In my sig is a pic of me with Steph McMahon, from January 19, 2000.

 

The following pic was taken of me last week..

 

Does it look like I've lost weight? I've been trying to for the longest time.

Well, your head's smaller, and you don't seem to have a little double-chin (like you do in the Steph pic, no offense).

 

So I'd say you did, only to make you happy.

Yea, I can't really tell either, but your cheeks look less "puffy", and Kingpk is right, you have no double-chin, whereas in the Steph pic you have a little.

 

Assuming that the jacket you're wearing in the Steph pic isn't very thick, it also looks like you're a bit thinner around the shoulders and neck area, so I'll also say that it looks like you've lost a little weight.

You need a different before picture. I think your face looks slimmer, but that could be the lighting and camera angle. If you had a picture where you were wearing similar clothes, it would be easier to make the call.

i know what your talking about, but focus more on the cardio aspect of exercise (i prefer the elliptical machine because its high energy with low stress on the knees) do that BEFORE you lift, and if you have energy do it after, then get lots of sleep drink lots of water, and stay away from sugar and youll be fine

I don't like doing cardio before I lift because it drains energy. If you want to lose weight, you need to look at your diet.

NBT what do you eat? If you eat all shitty food you'll get fat no matter what you do. Also moderation is the key. I eat whatever I feel like, I just don't eat 7 tons of it. It's all about self control and disipline. I;m 6'2" and 170-5lbs and I don't work out at all, I just don't gorge myself. I'm not saying that you do becasue I don't know, but if you do, just stop eating so much. It's no big secret. If you don't feed all the cells in your body they will die and go away. As long as you aren't starving yourself it is perfectly heathly as well.

Yeah dames has lost a little weight about 5-8 pounds I would say, if the dude ever gets his motivation back and hits the weights, u are going to see those taz-esque comparisons that used to be forwarded his way.
