I have read Asylum and your comment about how Zeus could/should have been a credible threat rather than fodder for Bats does not change the fact that he is a joke.

 

I think Zeus was best characterized when he ran into a tree after Arkham had been attacked by Bane in "Knigtfall." A raving lunatic who is a fuck-up based on his own demons rather than outside circumstances.
