WWF/WWE Program Editing.

Over here in Europe, chairshots and weapon use is edited out in shows broadcast before the watershed. A clip of the crowd is showed instead of the weapon shot.

I was watching a Wrestling Challenge show from 1988, just after Wrestlemania 4, and it showed a clip of a confrontation between JYD and some other guy. Well JYD hits the guy with his chain, and the a clip of the crowd is edited in.

Except the clip is a recent clip, so in the middle of a show from 1988, there is a clip of the crowd where you see a fans wearing nWo and DX shirts.

I thought it was quite funny.

The "other guy" you refered to was Outlaw Ron Bass.

Cheers, I couldn't believe I had forgot his name after a few hours.

It still amazes me that a country that allows nudity on TV doesnt allow the showing of chair shots on a wrestling show. But hey what do I know, Im just an American.

there was a pretty hilarious coverup on heat yesterday that went all wrong. Bradshaw was going to superplex Johnny the Bull off of a kayak that was propped up across the bottom ropes in the corner, it cut real quick to bradshaw doing it off the bottom turnbuckle. Methinks he slipped on some leftover baby oil.

Well i still dont understand a country that shows simulated murders on their tv but no nudity. Because we all know naked women on tv will be the downfall of society
