Guest EQ Report post Posted July 26, 2002 Are you going to buy it? I liked the first CD, so I'll download a couple of tracks off the new album and if they're good, I'll pick up the new CD
Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted July 26, 2002 This is only semi-related, but what exactly is Chris Jericho's relationship to Fozzy? Is he really in the band?
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted July 26, 2002 I think he sings. Don't quote me on that, though. The story behind the band is quite humorous, I think. Pity about the music.
Guest raptor Report post Posted July 26, 2002 Jericho is the lead singer. I enjoyed the first album, and am a total Chris Jericho mark, so I'll pick it up.
Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted July 26, 2002 Jericho is the lead singer. I enjoyed the first album, and am a total Chris Jericho mark, so I'll pick it up. No he isn't. Jericho wishes he could be in Fozzy. The lead singer is Moongoose McQueen. I don't know why he got all dillusional last night on Smackdown and claimed he was in the band... Silly goose. Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted July 26, 2002 The sad thing about the music is that Rich Ward, who proved he can kick all sorts of hardcore/metal ass in Stuck Mojo (listen to for details: "Not Promised Tomorrow," "Stuck Mojo Funk," "The Ward Is My Shepherd"), is stuck in this 80's hair-metal cover band. I heard a bit of the new work, and it sounds like Jericho finally has a good singing voice. Personally, I think they should create their own songs.
Guest Shaved Bear Report post Posted July 26, 2002 what songs have fozzy covered
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted July 26, 2002 Most, if not then all, of their songs are covers. I know they covered Krokus' "Eat The Rich," and I think they covered The Scorpions' "Blackout."
Guest Karnage Report post Posted July 27, 2002 No, Fozzy was stuck in Japan and they wrote all those songs. Bands like Iron Maiden, Judice Priest and Ozzy imported Fozzy's albums and stole all of Fozzy's songs. And Mongoose never heard of a Chris Jericho.
