mIRC channels for Downloading WWE(F) matches ?

Someone posted some instrustions on mIRC about a week ago in a hotline thread which I think was deleted. I was just wondering if they could post them again, I've downloaded mIRC and all I just need to know what to do next !

 

I'm just looking to download matches from the WWF attitude era sine all the hotline servers are full of basically just puro matches. So if you can list all the channels you know that would be great. Thanks a LOT in advance !

You may want to go into a wrestling channel on IRC (#wrestling on EFNet is a good one) and ask them there.
