Any news on the new He-Man comic?

While surfing on Ebay for some new He-Man merchandise, I came across a signed preview copy of the Image Comics version of Masters of the Universe. As a huge He-Man fan and comic collector, does anyone have any info on release dates, etc. for the comic?

I don't know anything about a He-Man comic, but I have seen trailers for a new He-Man cartoon. It has that X-Men Evolution look to it.

According to the newest Toyfare, He-Man premieres on Cartoon Network Aug. 16th with a movie to re-introduce characters and establish the storylines for the new show.

The comic rights were sold to some really small company. It's kind of like the arrangement that Dreamwave has for Transformers...they can do a comic, poster, tshirts, calendars, shit like that.
