hmm figured Bugs and Mickey would be #1 and #2 since they are probably the biggest cartoon stars overall in the world.

 

Face it all the other cartoons are below Bugs and Mickey. You don't have to like them i mean hell i'm not a Mickey fan and i'd like to see bugs get his ass kicked but you have to agree that they are the biggest.

 

They are to cartoons what Superman and Batman are to comics.

 

Homer deserves #3 since he also widely known.

 

Ren & Stimpy are lucky to be as high as they are. Sure it was a great show and i was a big fan. But honestly the show had a small amount of fans and the show didn't really make an impact on anything. There are many cartoons that deserve to be above R&S and the show is actually too high.

15. Pikachu: I don't have a problem with him being on the list. However he's too high should be around 25.

 

16. Gumby: eh too high since he was actually claymation.

 

18. Top Cat: I love top cat but way too high.

 

19. Mickey Mouse: the fuck is this? WAAAY too low. I mean come on he was the first big cartoon star and is still widely known worldwide.

 

21. Gerald McBoing-Boing: Who the hell is this? Well since i've NEVER heard of him i'm assuming that he's too high.

 

26. Arthur: If this is that mouse thing that's on like PBS i don't know him. However it's been on forever and is like educational or something for kids so i'll give him this spot.

 

27. Winnie the Pooh: Yes Pooh is a big character but his name was made in books not animation so i question him getting a spot.

I don't have any major problem with the top 30 other then those. The other 20 i'm ok with but some of the last 20 should take the spots of guys i said were too high.

The comic is good but i found the cartoon to be horrible. The christmas show that they show around Christmas isn't bad but i never liked the overall show.

 

Then it spawned a whole block of Garfield related shows and i hated seeing it come on Saturdays. That damn farm spin off was also terrible and annoying

Well I wake up this morning and get welcomed by this pantload called a list. How the hell can there be no Transformes and yet there is Spongebob. What has that show been on for a year max?

 

As for the one post I saw mentioning Optimus giving Magnus the matrix. Remember he just gave to him telling him that one day a robot would rise. So Magnus was really only a transitional champion until Hot Rod stepped up to the plate.
