Guest ShooterJay Report post Posted July 30, 2002 Assuming this gets resolved quickly (not likely, knowing snail pace of the US legal system) and NWATNA wins, could the cash settlement actually keep the company in business for a longer period of time? Since the PPV buyrate is the primary source of income, the damages have a chance of being in in the high 6/7 figure range.
