Will the lawsuit...

Assuming this gets resolved quickly (not likely, knowing snail pace of the US legal system) and NWATNA wins, could the cash settlement actually keep the company in business for a longer period of time? Since the PPV buyrate is the primary source of income, the damages have a chance of being in in the high 6/7 figure range. I'm not really familiar with the nuances of such court cases, but is it possible?

I don't think Jerry is hurting for money at this time (since it appears he knows when to save and spend), but that would probably help the company in the long run.

I think Tony is right. The lawsuit, if the Jarrett does win, will play a role in the future of the company.

Depends. Are they just suing this one guy, Hassman? If so, they're not getting much out of a single individual. The important factor will be if TNA files suits against any of the PPV companies, or even WWE itself.

Winning a good amount of money from the case wouldn't hurt them any, but what they really need to be around for a good while is a tv deal.
