OK, I got this idea from someone (SK?), but I don't remember.

 

Pick one match from one PPV (the one that's picked) and you fill it up with each year using the wrestler only once and using the title once.

 

Example. If we do Summerslam...and I chose Bret vs. Bulldog from Summerslam 92...I can't use Bulldog, Bret, or the IC title for the rest of the "game." Kepish? Let me know if guys are intrested in tryin it out.

SK stole the idea from some guy on the old EZBoard. So what's the PPV? Royal Rumble or Surivior Series would be the toughest.

i say we do the rumble, cause keith's already done WM and summerslam, and doing survivor series would be almost impossible.

 

i assume that we'd be allowed to use guys more than once for the rumble, since the wwf did it for years.

Yeah...that's true, but just because Keith did doesn't mean we agree with everything he chose. I don't see how we could do the Rumble. Would you have to pick one Rumble and not use any of those guys again? I guess it could sorta work.

 

Like you have to pick one Rumble from one year and nothing else from that year.

In my mind, there are four ***** matches (Flair/Savage, Razor/Shawn, Bret/Austin, and the Triangle Ladder Match), in addition to some really good matches (Strike Force/Busters, HHH/Owen, Angle/Benoit, and the popular Rock/Hogan). Some of the rest are notable because of the big names (Andre/Studd, Piper/Adonis, Jake/DiBiase, Luger/Perfect, LT/Bigelow, Taker/Diesel, Foley/Show). I think it's pretty good.

 

The hard part for me was picking which World and IC matches I wanted to use, as well as which Bret match I wanted in there. It would be easy to go Bret/Piper, Bret/Owen, Bret/Shawn, or Bret/Austin. Bret/Piper automatically loses out to Savage/Steamboat and Shawn/Razor which are both better IC Title matches, so there goes that. The problem with Bret/Owen is that it was at WM X, so that would eliminate Shawn/Razor and force Savage/Steamboat to be included. This would, in turn, eliminate possible Savage/Warrior and Savage/Flair matches, and also screw over Shawn... the only other really notable Shawn matches were against Bret (can't do that if Bret is already paired with Owen) and Shawn/Austin. When it comes down to it, I just think Shawn/Razor, Bret/Austin, and Savage/Flair is a better combination than Bret/Owen, Shawn/Austin, and Savage/Steamboat. The only real other World Title match that can be considered are Bret/Shawn (wouldn't want to waste both of them in the same match) and Rock/Austin (but that card is deeper with more to choose from anyway, and would kill Rock/Hogan and Bret/Austin).
