Ms Fitness competitions

As I sit here waiting patiently for the fantasy football draft, I am compelled to watch this competition show called Ms Fitness. As it appears to me this is where all of the cheerleaders and gymnest go after their college or amature careers are finished. It seems that all of the women here are either gym owners or aerobics instructors with nothing better to do but work out, getting that important core workout and toned muscles. Some of the dance performances are laughable and orginal such as one person came out with a Mongolian costume or stealing dancing routines from music videos.

 

I like these women more than the muscle bound bodybuilders who all seem to be drinking iodine wanting to get that so important bronze color.

They're in too good a shape for my liking.

 

Obviously still better than the bodybuilders. Who are scary!
