Guest Sykotic2002 Report post Posted February 21, 2002 Mike Johnson of 1wrestling reported that Vampiro is done with XPW. He won't be working their show this weekend instead he will be working with the XWF. XPW was frustrated about having to book him around his schedule with All Japan, Mexico, and XWF. They were no longer willing to work around his other bookings.

Guest J*ingus Report post Posted February 22, 2002 Well, ANOTHER promotion has decided that Vampiro wasn't worth the trouble. How bad a headache do you have to be to get fired from a company who still employs Sabu and New Jack? I'm amazed that anyone is still willing to hire him. Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted February 22, 2002 I thought he was pretty cool in WCW. His original theme music was killer and his matches were pretty damn good too. Leaving XPW can only help his career.
Guest HybridNetwork Report post Posted February 22, 2002 Well, ANOTHER promotion has decided that Vampiro wasn't worth the trouble. How bad a headache do you have to be to get fired from a company who still employs Sabu and New Jack? I'm amazed that anyone is still willing to hire him. I don't think it has anything to do with his backstage rep or how he works. It's just that he's working for so many promotions it's hard to book him on a regular basis for their shows. If he wasn't working for All Japan, in Mexico and with XWF then I would consider it to be a reason. Rob Black is probably just sick of having to book him around his other international bookings. As far as New Jack and Sabu go, XPW seems to still think that they need to be more "extreme" than ECW was even though ECW is no longer around. So they continue to go with guys like New Jack to try to drive home a point that they think they made to Paul Heyman, in my opinion. What's up with Messiah? Does he still work for XPW or is he officially with CZW now?
Guest Sykotic2002 Report post Posted February 22, 2002 He's in CZW now. Sabu is gone from XPW.

Guest Risk Report post Posted February 23, 2002 The fans are supposed to buy that a man would put up his company in a wrestling match? That is so fucking stupid.
Guest Ghast Report post Posted February 24, 2002 Rob Black is booked as a wrestler? Is a pusy-heel Russo type or does he make himself look like he's a tough guy?
Guest muswp1 Report post Posted February 25, 2002 From what I am hearing about XPW's latest fiasco, anyone who leaves that bunch of losers would be lenghting their careers. XPW is going to get someone killed real soon if this keeps up.
Guest Redhawk Report post Posted February 25, 2002 Rob Black is probably just sick of having to book him around his other international bookings. You're acting as if Rob Black doesn't book on a bar napkin at 3 a.m. after a two-day coke binge.
