Reason: Randy Savage was one of the elite Champions of the Hogan era.

Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin

Reason: Both of them meant SO MUCH to the WWF Title. Ironically both of them wanted to leave the WWF, and were pushed out. Austin gets my vote because I can't imagine him without the WWF Title. His last reign cemented that status. Very hard choice.

Reason: Backlund had a great first reign but The Undertaker had two good reigns, in 1997 and this last one was good.

Winner: Hulk Hogan

Reason: Another hard choice. Aside from Austin, the Rock has been the most valuable WWF wrestler for the past 3-4 years. Yet his title reigns are short lived and aren't that good. Hogan has had more meaningful reigns and longer reigns.

And in terms of title reigns, like I said last round, I don't know enough about the 1st to judge, and he came out of the 2nd looking weak. Ah screw it, I'll vote for Mach, since I actually know him.
