I officially hate this thread, as Warcraft Three won't run on my computer, on the account of it being a slow peice of junk.

I have no 3D accelerator on my laptop, and I don't know if it's possible to get one.

 

I'm guessing you need one for the game, and I'm guessing I won't be able to ever get one. Blow. Sure, Blizzard RTS games are simple, but I'll be damned if they're not fun...

I have the generic brand came with computer "Intel Graphics Card lots-of-numbers-here" kind of 3D Card, so I dunno if I can run it... there a demo anywhere yet?

I've got an awesome map for if you don't like the low food supply. Peons GIVE food and don't cost any and everything else is half food cost. Worth a look.

 

If anyone needs some tutoring, just watch me beat a comp and save the reply.

 

Basics: 4 Barracks, max food supply, 2 mills with 5 peons each, 5 peons at every gold mine. And an altar of storms.

Next: Keep making Grunts once you get the first barracks and get a troop (12) and then make a troop of Trolls and then Grunts. Once you send all your guys in you keep making more incase they die in battle and you start making the big units and send those in once the first few waves break the ice.

 

Oh and US West. I hang in Channel SWF.
