Guest Black Tiger Posted August 2, 2002 Report Posted August 2, 2002 The NJ vs NOAH feud is supposed to make Shiga a top guy. Shiga is a decent worker from what I've seen, the highest I've seen him get is #3 in The Burning. How the hell can they elevate him?
