For me being an American I prefer NFL football FIFA well in America people only notice soccer every 4 years when the World Cup hype starts and maybe the Olympics Not a real fan of Rugby since I never really seen it much CFL is like the ECW of football this is where you either learn how the play like a pro with hopes of making it to the NFL or become a midcard player for life. There some people out there claiming that soccer was superior to NFL. We all know that NFL is the best football in the world. Its not like that weak game rugby game where the Croc Hunter goes "Look here mate, I going into the scrum errr huddle and run with the ball"

Oh and the Kurt Angle Headgear and the Sabu mentality of sports tape can protect everything is so cool. the soccer game is a big dilema since alot of American women are soccer moms yet, nobody supports MLS.

Guest Austin3164life Posted August 3, 2002 Report Posted August 3, 2002 Well since it hasn't been moved to the Sports folder, I'd say soccer is the true Football. You actually use your feet instead of your hands. I play soccer for Men's League, and it's extremely vigorous and intense.

Guest Jack Tunney Posted August 3, 2002 Report Posted August 3, 2002 American Football evolved from Soccer.That's why it's called Football here.Way back in the day it was like Soccer but you had to kick it past your opponents end zone to score instead of running into it with the ball.So no Soccer=no American Football. Oh and before American Football was invented we called Soccer "Football" in America too.
