Guest Black Tiger Report post Posted August 3, 2002 Is it just me or is Team 2000 getting as stale as the nWo was? The only interesting members are Chono, Tenzan, and Kanemoto. Gedo, AKIRA, Black Tiger, Jado, GOKUDO, Saito, and Gotoh are all okay but don't really do much. Is there anyone who could join Team 2000 are make it interesting again? The only name I can think of is Takashi Iizuka so he can play the jelous ex-partner role, plus a Tenzan/Iizuka team would kick ass. Tenzuka doesn't have the same ring as Tenkoji, but they would be an awesome team, or bring back the J Jacks (Iizuka and AKIRA. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest PlatypusFool Report post Posted August 3, 2002 I'm pretty sure they are building to the big blow off for this massive NJPW vs. Team 2000 feud. The juniors stuff is really heating up with all the mask stealing going on, and the war of words between Chono and Nagata is constant. Maybe they should get rid of Team 2000, or at least trim it down a bit to a standard stable, but I'd much rather have them build to a blow off and deliver rather than just ditching it.
