Guest dr deaf Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 and wrestlers. Seems like nearly 90% of the wrestling population either has or had at one time a MULLET. For those that aren't in the know you should be ashamed of yourselves, but a mullet is short on top, short on the sides, but grand and long on the back. Examples: Ric Flair, Eddie Gurrero(sp?), Mr. Perfect, Hulk Hogan in his bald mullet glory, Chris Benoit, and so on. What is the connection? One of life's mysteries or maybe an inside track to you becoming a wrestler yourself.
Guest Some Guy Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 A year or so ago my friends and I watched Royal Rumle 94 and counted about 14 mullets out of 30 wrestlers. As for the connection between mullets and wrestlers, I don't know but they seemed to love them in the late 80s and early 90s. I always thought they looked stupid personally.
Guest WWF4Life Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 You have to mention Mike Awesome when mullets come into the discussion. That was a thing of beauty...
Guest Some Guy Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 Evil Japanese Crush sported a kick ass mullet with the sides shaved for extra mullety goodness. What were these guys thinking when tehy went to the barber?
Guest Cataclysm911 Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 Mullet - "Business in the front, a party in the back." The Midnight Express were the masters of the mullet.
Guest edbootymanthediscipleleslie Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 Luna Vachon had the mullet, the shave, _and_ the artwork on the sides of her head. There's a true mullet total package. BTW, what's Bigelow's Main Squeeze been up to these days? Did she quit wrestling?
Guest Some Guy Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 Luna was on the WWA PPV with her husband Gangrel/Vampire Warrior.
Guest dreamer420 Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 Chicks with Mullets just are not attractive IMO
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted February 22, 2002 Report Posted February 22, 2002 The Rock n Roll Express had the spiked on top mullets. My brother still has a mullet.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted February 22, 2002 Report Posted February 22, 2002 The Rock n Roll Express had the spiked on top mullets. My brother still has a mullet and he's like 35 years old.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted February 22, 2002 Report Posted February 22, 2002 Okay, just to clarify...I DO NOT HAVE A MULLET! Many people see my haircut and yell "MULLET," but that's because they are idiots. As defined above, mullets have SHORT hair on the top, and LONG hair on the back. I have EXTREMELY SHORT hair on the BACK, and EXTREMELY LONG hair on the TOP. See for example: Boyz, Hardy Sorry, it just popped into my head and I needed to vent. Anyways, yes, the mullet-wrestling connection is an odd one. Mullets aren't in style unless you're from the South, or are just a redneck, but they seem to pop up everywhere.
Guest Anorak Posted February 22, 2002 Report Posted February 22, 2002 Bobby Eaton and Ricky Morton would have been the best mullet headed team ever. I saw a picture of Eaton competing on an indy card not to long ago and it's bigger than ever!
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted February 22, 2002 Report Posted February 22, 2002 Nothing can beat Eddie Guerrero 94 multi coloured mullet. Crush came close, but he didnt have the attitude to pull it off. Thug and Selena Majors had some WHOMP ASS mullets in WOW. I mean, WOW~! I think it has been proven that mullets increase workrate. I mean, benoit was at his best with the mullet, so was guerrero, so was awesome... You cannot deny science.
