Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted August 3, 2002 I voted for HHH because he always refuses to job to the people I want him to put over. I know you can force him to now...but I don't like being told what to do. Fucker.
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted August 4, 2002 I job HHH over and over and over. I usually only fire jobbers and stuff. I voted for Nash though.
Guest Mattdotcom Report post Posted August 4, 2002 In the short time I had the game, I demoted Bradshaw and Undertaker for not selling, and Godfather, Haku, Blackman, Rikishi, Bossman, and Albert on general purpose. When I dropped the Undertaker from main eventer to upper midcarder, his morale dropped 30 points, and I got an e-mail from him...
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted August 4, 2002 In the update, H3 doesn't refuse to job as much as the first one, as I got him to job to Cena, Goldust, and my face Jericho. Misterio is a fuckface, though. He refused a job to a heel Hurricane! Asshole. I fired Nash, rehired him, and fired him again. Michael Cole was the first I fired though. My announce teams (even though they have little to no impact on the show) are awesome. Ross/Heyman on Raw. Kevin Kelly/Jim Cornette on SD!, Michael Hayes/Ric Flair on Heat. If only it were true! Guest El Satanico Report post Posted August 4, 2002 It costs too much to fire someone like Cole so why bother. The first guy i fire from WWeee is Albert. Not because i hate him more then anyone else, but because he's first "i need to fire him to replace with someone good" guy on the workers list.
Guest -Cutthroat- Report post Posted August 4, 2002 I fired all...
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted August 4, 2002 I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice, but when you close a developmental territory, all the guys become free agents and you don't have to pay out on their contracts. I started w/ the WWE and was planning to close OVW anyway, so I demoted everyone I didn't want to OVW, then closed the territory. Works out well w/ guys w/ big contracts, plus you get $1M for selling the facilities, so you actually make money by getting rid of all your deadweight. Guest ArkhamGlobe Report post Posted August 5, 2002 Whenever I want to fire someone who doesn't have a verbal contract I just demote them to jobbers and job them out to various women wrestlers and the Brooklyn Brawler to kill their heat and their morale so that they'll leave for free. Both X-Pac and Kevin Nash have felt my wrath in this manner. When Triple H stops being useful as a high profile jobber when I try to get new people over he will probably go down the same route as well.
Guest treble charged Report post Posted August 5, 2002 Man, HHH is WAY over in the game, and he can work ****+ matches. I keep the guy happy, as he can be a KILLER heel champ, like back in 2000, if you use him properly.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted August 5, 2002 I fired a bunch of deadweight like Bull, Albert, Mark Henry, Mike Awesome, a lot of jobbers, some of the chicks, etc.. I also drove down X-Pac's morale to zero by jobbing him and then demoting him, and so he left for free. I dumped all my verbal contracts as well. Right now RVD's morale is sinking fast because I'm jobbing him to Eddy Guerrero on almost every show.
Guest Bricks Report post Posted August 5, 2002 Albert. It's just that his name is one of the first on the roster list and I want to trim my roster. But of those mentioned in the poll, Jackie Gayda. I really don't care much about the Women's Division in EWR. I just got the 1989 scenario and converted it and the first guy I fired there was Big John Studd.
