Jarrett- 6 time Champion can't beat that. Sorry Goldust.

 

Rock- No contest. Rock was champion for eight months in 1998!! That's unheard of. He got lots of heat and when he finally lost the belt he had gained so much it turned him face.

 

Tito Santana- He was mega over and memorable feuds with Hammer and Savage.

 

Ultimate Warrior- What this is a joke right?? Warrior v. Patera??

 

Don Muraco- I like R-V-D but Muraco seemed like the more over guy.

 

Davey Boy- I'm not voting against him.

 

Pedro Morales- Stone Cold threw the belt in the river. Asshole

 

Bret Hart- No contest. Bret easily.

 

Razor Ramon- Razor had 4 reigns, had the classic match and pretty much him and Jarrett were the I-C title it seemed liked. Steamer may've been the better wrestler but Razor owned as champ.

 

Macho Man- This a tough one but depsite the 18-month reign, I'm gonna have to go with Macho who also held the belt for a long time and pretty much defeated when he had it.

 

HBK- Yeaaaaaa- another easy pick. HBK all the way.

 

Perfect v. Owen- As much as I love Owen- Mr. P was the "perfect" champion
