Well, 2 places I can think of right off the bat that are great places to buy tapes are at:

 

Highspots

Smart Mark Video

 

Both have great service, great video quality, and are easy to deal with IMO.  Plus, at Highspots, youi can buy all other kinds of merchandise too.

Depends what you're looking for. If you want some American shows, try Tripp norris. He's got a shitload of shit. Great prices too!
