This maybe the wrong forum currently with ECW dead and gone but I've been collection a lot of the best of's and in each one I keep seeing these two tools in each match, regardless of place or time. They seem to be fairly hated by the wrestlers as well, I've seen matches where Terry Funk has gone after the guy in the hat and Shane Douglas as well, I think. Guest Mark4steamboat Report post Posted February 22, 2002 ah yes Hat Guy. Hat Guy was at almost every ECW ARENA show and at WCW SLAMBOREE 94. Terry Funk acnowledges him at Slamboree and steals his hat and wheres it.Francine has slapped him alot too. Im totally shocked ECW didnt do something with him storyline wise. Guest dr deaf Report post Posted February 22, 2002 with as much visual viewing the guy's gotten from ECW just by being in the crowd constantly at the same spot you would think they would have... maybe they're weren't the indy masterminds that everyone claimed.
