Why do you have to lose the weight and how much do you need to lose?

I don't know WHY THE HELL your not dropping weight if your going through THAT schedule...

Okay, first up 3 days of exercise a week is ALL YOU NEED, remember your body does need time to recover..its not invincible...

Next you should really look into your diet...make sure you know EVERYTHING your eating...im not saying go buy 10 tonnes of Broccoli, just watch what your eating and make sure they are wholesome and proper meals. AVOID FUCKING TAKE-OUT, i know its hard sometimes, but that shit is KILLER

What i do is every second day, i run for 40 minutes, then do a simple 100 sit ups & do a little weight work.

Thats all it takes for me, and i feel fucking great.

Hope I've helped!

That's it my friend, cut back on that, replace it with the stuff that tastes good but is also good for you...like chicken, steak etc. top it off with loads of vegetables and you got yourself one motherfucking meal brotha.

Like i said, avoid Take-Out, its the food of Satan :o

I don't know if I would recommend the steaks. If you want to drop weight, you should have certain time that you don't eat after. If you are eating stuff before you go to bed, expect to gain weight. You also have to learn how to read labels. Cutting back your sugar intake will help you lose weight probably just as much as cutting back your fat intake. Also, substitue soft drinks with water. A 12 ounce can of soda is 150 calories. The big ass drinks at 7-11 can have 600-800 calories in them. If you have the will power, you can try to cut out all refined foods, but I don't know many people that can do that. Try to miminimize excessive amounts of carbs and keep your carbohydrate consumption during the day. I would recommend alot of aerobic execise such as running and swimming if you really want to lose weight. You probably would do well by lifting weights or some other form of resistance training every other day and doing the aerobic stuff on the days that you don't lift. Also, try to do abdominal stuff every other day. Make sure that you hit the lower abdominal muscles and the obliques as well as the upper abdominal muscles. Don't do a routine though because your abs will benefit more if you change up what you do every week. About two summers ago, my physique was at its peak as far as tone and definition. I was in summer school and had to eat the cafeteria stuff. I would eat a bagel and a little bit of granola for breakfast, turkey or chicken and vegetables for lunch and the same thing for dinner. I ate breakfast early in the morning, lunch at 1 o'clock and dinner at 5 o'clock. I would eat a very small snack of fruit (usually bananas) during the evening usually around 8-ish. I went to the weight room at 6 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and I swam laps in the pool every Tuesday and Thursday. On the weekends I ran. I didn't really get big that summer, but I was ripped to damn shreds.

the best is jogging, not running, do a long jog every other day, you feel great when you are done, and you lose fat from everywhere on your body, or you can swim

I remember it.

NBT just don;t eat as much, I;m not saying starve yourself but instead of eating Burgers and Fries don't get the fries and so on, that will help with your self control and then once you are able to control your impulses to eat start excerising. If you can't control yourself then all the working out in the world won't help you drop weight.

Honestly try jumping rope. Try to go as long as possible and just slowly work your way up. Set a goal for how long you'd like to do it for. Say you can go 5 minutes the first time and your goal is to be able to do it for 15 minutes in 2 weeks. Stay away from the junk food but I'd see a doctor before you did any radical diet like Atkins or something like that.

If you try the fat burning supplements, you might experience adverse effects.

Chew gum.

No, I am serious here. By chewing gum constantly, you are using your muscles, which in turn does count as activity, albiet not much. Just by having constant movement, you can burn calories. It isn't much, but it is better then nothing.

That reminded me of the time someone in one of my health classes recommended sleep being a way to burn calories because you burn calories in your sleep. You burn calories by carrying out your bodily functions, but how many do you burn is the question? Chewing gum won't really help you lose weight. I find that gum makes me feel hungrier than I should be sometimes.

I am overweight too, and the doctor has told me i should try to lose a min. of 30 lbs for my blood pressure and stuff.

I exercise with weights and cardio 2-5 times a week, and gained 15 pounds since I started my current job.

It's the take out. Cheese fries, buffalo wings, and pizza are all we eat for lunch.

Now I make some chicken for myself the night before... and if I don't feel like cooking I just take a slim fast in a can. You get shit about it at first, but I lost 4 pounds last week.

I became a vegetarian this summer, because I had high blood pressure. I have eaten alot of meat over the past two-three years so that I can get alot of protein. It's been pretty damn tough giving up meat, but I think I'll live. I'll just have to drink protein shakes instead.

Take a knife, and just start slicing away. Not only will you loose weight, but you also have a new source of protein for you to snack on durring your down time.

I used to weigh about 205 pounds, I lost most of it by cutting out any fatty foods and riding a bike - a lot! It takes a long time though. You have to be patient.
