It takes a long time though. You have to be patient. Am I the only one who sees the humor in your quote? You used to weigh about 205 pounds, and lost most of it... Now I don't know about you, but it makes it sound like you weigh almost nothing now, that isn't true is it?

Now I don't know about you, but it makes it sound like you weigh almost nothing now, that isn't true is it? Er, I should have said I lost "most of the excess" or something along that line. I hover somewhere in between 140 - 145 now. I'm actually working towards gaining some weight these days (the good kind)... I want to be about 160 in the end.
