Alright I got some semi-obscure questions about latter-day WCW(When 31 people were watching across the nation ) I just need to satisfy my curiousity(spelling?)

 

1. What ended NWO 2000? (I stopped watching/taping Nitro for a week or two until the April 10th Nitro when the New Blood debuted)

 

2.Why did Chris Benoit fight Jeff Jarrett instead of fighting Scott Hall at Starrcade 99 was it because Scott Hall refused to job to Benoit?

 

3. What the hell was the card going to be for the cancelled New Year's Evil PPV? I heard something about a Demon Vs Vampiro main event but nothing else.

 

4. Was the character of Seven supposed to be a regular character or an excuse for another one of those stupid worked shoot interviews?

 

5. Why the hell were the Millionaire's club the babyfaces in there feuds with the New Blood?

 

6. What's the story about Vince Russo wanting Tank Abbott to win the WCW World Heavyweight title at WCW Souled Out 2000?

 

7. Why did the Hulk Hogan-Ric Flair strap match main event Uncensored 2000 instead of the Sid-Jeff Jarrett WCW world heavyweight title match?

 

8. Is it true in the final months of WCW Eric Bischoff was planning to push Sean O'Haire to the main events,hence why Sean O'Haire got/is getting buried in the WWE/F?

1. Bret got concussed into retirement

Hall sort of left when he challenged Jarrett at Superbrawl 2000

Nash- Same reason. that left Jarrett and the Harrissesss, and the whole angle was forgotten when Russo-Bischoff started

 

2. Hall was injured

 

3. Vamp-Demon is all anyone knows. There was supposed to be a KISS concert aswell

 

4. Under Bischoff it was going to be a character. Russo hated it though and dumped it.

 

5. Becasue they were giant ego's who refused to accept that people didnt like them

 

6. He wanted Tank to become like this Ken Shamrock character

No, he was sent to OVW because he wasnt a great wrestler in the first place

Actually, the New Blood were going to be the faces, but when they started associating with Bischoff and Russo, the fans just turned on them and they just went from there. At least, that's what THINK had happened(I haven't watched my tape of the debut of the New Blood in a while).

Actually, the New Blood were going to be the faces, but when they started associating with Bischoff and Russo, the fans just turned on them and they just went from there. At least, that's what THINK had happened(I haven't watched my tape of the debut of the New Blood in a while).

You are correct sir. Like it or not, when Bishso showed up on Nitro, and basicly just stole the world title from Sid, and all the other titles, for no reason, that right there made the New Blood heels.

Yes, Demon/Vampiro was the scheduled for the Main Event. It's a good thing it didn't happen though, as they planned to do some sort of gimmick where Vamp tossed Demon into some big "pit" of some sort at the stroke of Midnight, which would have then "cleansed" Demon of, well, demons. I mean really...

 

...if THAT wouldn't have been prime material for WrestleCrap, then I don't know what is!

I forgot all about WCW during 2000. Sid got pissed because he had the title taken from him and he just took a hike. When he came back, he had the match where he broke his ankle.

 

Hall's injury happened in a 3-way dance for the WCW championship. I believe he was injured taking a guitar shot, but there was specualtion that he was faking it because he was in deep shit with WCW at the time.

Sid wrestled once after dumping the title, he turned on DDP and then walked, returning the night after MAYHEM

 

Hall was on the outs because of his behavior in Germany (what is it with wrestlers making arses of themselves in Germany) he did however get injured in the Superbrawl 3way
