Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted August 5, 2002 Well, I started this a while back but never finished it. What was your favorite feud/angle/story fo all time? Why? Try to not only post ones that involve you. Da "time to boost people's egos" H
Guest DiabloIIFreak1010 Report post Posted August 5, 2002 The JL - - The John Kruger/Kaimen Roja cage/ladder match was one of my favorites. It was also my first PPV - Any Erek Taylor promo. Those were hallirous. And you still haven't finished the Disney Land promo, Erek - Of coruse, my cage match with Erek Taylor. (Sorry. Just had to do it) The WF - - Of what little I remember it, the origional Pound (HVille Thugg, X, and Bo) was fun to see it form. I remember...it was the main event of some PPV, and Rotten and Bo came down to seem to help someone, but Bo turned on Rotten, and then X attacked Wilson with a kendo stick. That was all just amazing seeing the whole thing fall out. - Anything written by the Carnival
Guest TheBostonStrangler Report post Posted August 5, 2002 JL: I enjoyed Erek/Stryke, I enjoyed Flexxxxxxx/K-Os, and anything with me WF: I liked the constant changing of alliances between Bo/X/Thugg, the IGNWO when EVERYONE in it kicked ass, the current major storylines, and anything with me in it. Guest BA_Baracus Report post Posted August 6, 2002 PROMO (Stubby P. McWeed); "Best feud...Rane vs. Stubby. No-one remembers it because it didn't involve any exploding toy-stores or murdered girlfriends, but for the first oh...8 months or so of this fed the main event was basically built around... ...Rane having the belt and me chasing it. We never had a proper blow-off though. Storylines...I'm not really sure. The current Wilson vs. everyone storyline was going well for a while... Mothernature says..." Guest Muzz Report post Posted August 6, 2002 Yeah, here we go, another one of these threads... I'm never on them, and I don't like them anyway. Blatant feeding of everyone's egos.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted August 6, 2002 Hey...of course it's an ego feeding thread. I admitted to such in my first post. It's called I had like 10 minutes to kill before leaving work, so this is what you get. ::keeps Muzz off of every list imaginable:: Da "still holding down Sacred" H

Guest Rabbi_wilson13 Report post Posted August 6, 2002 Oh come on, Muzz, have some fun. Stubbster, thank you, but it has been derailed as of late. You and Rane kinda had a blowoff match, but it was three-way and Divefire won it. But one-on-one, nada. My favorite? Well, the Corporation vs. Phoenix Uprising was always fun to write. Comet/Neilsen, that ended with both of them kinda wandering off or disappearing. Suppose that one wasn't too great at the end. IGNWO/Meat Festival vs. Carnival because that was an absolute blast. Everyone trusted everyone with each other's character and you just promoed, and peopled enjoyed. Good times, indeed. Rane/PDS, if only for PDS's "Seven Days" promo. When Stubby was champ and he'd set up PPV matches with like Andrea, Fallout and Riley, giving good writers who normally wouldn't of had a chance, a chance. I'm like the only person that did, but I liked the World Title tournament because it served its purpose of elevating those that deserves to be in the main event, such as King and ELM. It made storylines tough, but if you worked it like Bo/Neilsen, then it was possible.

Guest AnnieEclectic Report post Posted August 7, 2002 It was short but the Erek/Sky feud after she left XF9 really was good. I still love that Cruiserweight rules match where Sky finally won her first title (Euro). Goood stuff. Edwin/Grand Slam retirement match. (Y) period. It was entertaining, it was top notch, and it completely had me hooked, I nearly cried when GS left and I barely knew him. Great stuff period. The entireness of Z. I love this character, his gimmick, his matches, I am a Z mark period. I'd love to work with you sometimes, beyond the promo we did. as for personal plugs, the Annie/Sky angle, and America's Sweethearts, which led to HAVOC and me being JL World Champ. I had tons of fun doing it, had a great time trying to juggle working two characters at once (seeing as Sydney Sky was actually inactive the entire time). that's just my take. -Annie

Tell me if I'm wrong but, I think I won that match because I've lost the Euro Title only once and it was to MVS.

I still love that Cruiserweight rules match where Sky finally won her first title (Euro). Goood stuff. Actually Sydney Sky won the Euro title from me in a Ladder match near the end of 2000. I no-showed the match because i was planning to quit the JL right then and there, but i changed my mind just before i did.

Guest AnnieEclectic Report post Posted August 7, 2002 Maybe if I had said 'Vacated Euro Title' this wouldn't have happened. The belt was vacated for some reason so you two had a cruiserweight rules match to determine who would take it. If I remember correctly. ...wait... no you're right, no she won it in a ladder match, I'm confusing the endings... but that Cruiserweight rules match rocked still. blarg @ my memory.... stupid junior high and stupid drugs... -Annie

Guest Longdogger_Pete Report post Posted August 7, 2002 To clarify, Sydney Sky won the European title from Stryke (it wasn't vacated), and then lost it to Erek Taylor. Historian says so. Meh. My favorite angles involving me... #1. The Alliance vs. XF9 (& Zio). Thugg, Sarah, Helmsley vs. LDP, SoS, Low Brass, Hammer, Munich. Good stuff. #2. Ash & LDP vying for control of XF9 during its later days in the JL. #3. The still evolving XF9 vs. M7 storyline. Not involving me. #1. Rane/PDS... the first big WF feud I paid attention to when I joined the JL. #2. The Carnival/Clan vs. M7 feud of last month. Very surreal seeing the Clan in a face-like role. (Yes, I know I've said that before.) #3. Anything involving Cyclone Comet. Least favorite angles: #1. I-G-N-W-O. Sorry, Wilson, you rock and all, but something about that stable always managed to annoy the piss out of me. #2. Red Storm Reich. Ugh! Ugh! Strangler and I jobbed a JL World title match for that? #3. Nah. Some angles just aren't worth remembering.

Guest Tod deKindes Report post Posted August 8, 2002 Yeah, my back hurts. You know, from carrying this feud. Naw, actually, our bitching 2/3 falls match was his idea. Half of our stuff together was also joint stuff.
Guest Insane Clown Dan Report post Posted August 8, 2002 The whole Z/Tom Flesher angle in the JL was phrickin rich. One of my favorite matches is the Euro strap match between K-Os and Jacob Helmsley... one of the only good things that came out of the RSR angle =P
