I mean noon or 1 p.m. late, not 9 a.m. late. Third, eat heavily at all times. Heavy lunch, heavy dinner, snack constantly inbetween. Fourth, snack before bedtime. That can really do it for you. I can heartily endorse all four of those methods as sure-fire ways to stay chunky, from long and proven experience, especially #2. Guest Retro Rob Report post Posted August 6, 2002 I also have a fast metabolism, but I was able to put on 30+ POUNDS this year, mostly in muscle and I don't do shit. Here is my little method... Eat a lot. Try to stay away from junk food, but you don't have to eat healthy crap either. I pretty much live on pretzels, Hot Pockets and Chex Mix along with cookies at night. As far as physical activity goes, I don't do much of anything. Once in a while I play sports with my friends, but beisdes that I sleep late, stay up late and sit on my ass all day. Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted August 6, 2002 I suggest doing moderate activity only, not a lot of activity. Eat whatever, becasue you need a little fat to gain muscle. I was just plain lazy in HS, no excuse for it really. I'm down to about 225 (I'm also 6'3", so it's not grotesque) Just got to get buff. I don't really have a problem losing or gaining weight at all, I've just got to pay attention to what I eat and take time to lift. or else I'll get huge. Just eat more and heavier. Work out too, that'll help the fat and muscle balance each other out. And eat right before going to bed, that helps you gain weight. Have your kitchen be remodled, thus making cooking nearly impossible, so McDonald's and Chinese Deli are your dinners for the next six weeks. 4. Sit on your ass and eat shit Worked for me. This was the best advise for you. Eat alot of Banana's and also Pasta with out the heavy thick sause. Drinking Milk Shakes really help alot. A few beers at night before you go to bed wouldn't hurt either. All though, if you're trying to gain weight the heathly way, drinking isn't the way to go.
