Scott, a question about Chris Benoit & Scott Hall

Since Scott Hall and his numerous problems have come back into the spotlight, can you answer this question for me that I'm sure you can answer: did Scott Hall no-show Starcade 1999 in retaliation of being told that he was going to have to job the US Title to Chris Benoit at the PPV?

I like how whenever Judas comes back after being banned, he comes off as all calm and actually seems somewhat "normal." Then a couple weeks later he's be back to his old self, bitching Keith out for being late with a Retro-rant or admonishing him for not explaining what his role with 411 is. I say his next breakdown comes in, oh, about 3 weeks.

You're sick, dude. Get help.

I like how you seem to tail Jesse as much as he tails Scott, and yet HE'S the sick one.  Riiiight.

I don't remember the details, but I'm pretty sure that Hall was injured/in rehab/coked out of his gourd/whatever and didn't appear on any more shows until Superbrawl.

No, because Hall was quite active in WCW during the initial Russo reign as booker of WCW.

Here is the answer:

Hall hurt himself before the PPV, thus Jarrett replacing him in the ladder match.  The next week, with Hall still injured, Nash and Hall had to vacate the Tag Titles, hence the Lethal Lottery tournament.

So no he did not refuse to job.
