Guest Y2BigJ Report post Posted August 11, 2002 The fact is the Pats are going to be there right at the end again this season. They are the best team in the AFC East and they are improved from last year particulary at the WR spot.

Guest LexLugerRules Report post Posted August 11, 2002 Bills are going all the way. The day the Bills win the superbowl, is the day the Pope turns gothic.
Guest Y2BigJ Report post Posted August 11, 2002 Bills are improved but they aren't nearly as good as the Pats. Wait until Bledsoe has the game in his hand in the 4th quarter, then you will see why the Pats are glad to have Brady.

Guest LexLugerRules Report post Posted August 11, 2002 Seriously, Buffalo "The City of Chokers" Bills will never win the superbowl. They may make it to the superbowl, but will choke. LIKE ALWAYS!
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted August 12, 2002 Flutie will probably be mad that Brees is going to take the starting job, despite the fact that Brees is probably 100 times better than he is at this point.

Guest Y2BigJ Report post Posted August 12, 2002 There is no chance in hell that the Bills are going to win the Superbowl. They will be llucky to even to make it to the playoffs. The AFC East is the toughest division in football and they simply aren't as good as the Pats or the Dolphons.
Guest nl5xsk1 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I'm grinning like the Cheshire Cat while reading all of this Flutie-bashing. The guy's a cancer in the locker room, pure and simple. I live in New England, where a lot of people still believe in Flutie Magic, and it pisses me off so much to listen to it. A few years ago, I was listening to Sportstalk radio, and Flutie had the balls to say "I'm not going to complain about Johnson and playing time", and then proceeded to bitch about Johnson and playing time for the next ten minutes. Then, I heard him on TV the other day saying how "in ten years when Brees is throwing for 400 yds a game, I'll know that I helped him get where to that level" ... It's just such bullshit. Doug, you're 15 minutes of fame are over. Deal with it.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I live in Buffalo...so beleive me I've heard enough of it too. In fact...they are still talking about Flutie and Johnson right at this very moment on the radio. The point is...for as long as they were both in this town... When Flutie was on the field...we usually won. When Johnson was on the field...he usually didn't finish the game. It's hard to break people from that mentality when they benched the midget after being the QB to get the Bills into the last two playoffs they were in, only to have Johnson play his second playoff game. Guest LexLugerRules Report post Posted August 13, 2002 After watching Rob Johnson getting sacked for the 3 time last night. I can say, that Shaun King should be OB, that boy atleast has the ponntenial to be a great QB.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I agree with that 100% I'm a big King fan. Just when he started to grow into his leadership roll...they bring in a new QB. Then this year they bring in another one.
Guest LexLugerRules Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I think King should just leave Tampa Bay, they wont give him another chance. He should go to a city that needs a great QB. Any suggestions?

Guest Rabbi_wilson13 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 1) Dolphins all the way, baby! Yeah! Chambers/Williams connection, who cares who we have at QB. If they can throw deep, not make mistakes and hand the ball off, Ricky and the defense will lead us to glory. Overhyped. Pfffft. We gonna rock the house. 2) Doug Flutie owns Rob Johnson on the field. Look through some of the Sports Guy's NFL columns from last year, and there's a stat referring to the % of games that Johnson finished, compared to those he started, or something like that. It was so unreal. No one should be able to get hit that many times. 3) Bps, Carolina needs a whole lotta stuff, though King would be a great start.
Guest lomasmoney Report post Posted August 16, 2002 The Detroit Lions have Joey Harrington and some other running back they drafted, so i pick them to set a new record for points with 612 but set another record for giving up the most points in league history with 1000. I hate the fact that someone in the organization decided it would be smart to have two young qb's on the same roster when they could have used the draft pick on harrington to trade down for more quality picks.
