Alright, dumb thread time, but could be interesting...

Anyway, was watching that Lo-Ki/Red match from a weeks back and when Ki just absolutely compacts Red with a stalling Ki Krusher '99, the thought occurred to me that while the Krusher is one of the best modern finishers I've seen, never in a million years would I take that move if I was a wrestler. You couldn't pay me to take that, or a Psycho Driver (pumphandle into a side, sitout piledriver) or a Moneymaker (sitout Tiger Driver '91) or a Vertebreaker...these head-dropping moves are amazing to watch, but what death wish do these guys have in taking them?

So what moves put the fear of death in you, or at least make you to be happy to be participating from the couch?

No cheap Jackie Gayda jokes, please. Big Show's moonsault counts, though.

I'd never want to take a Backdrop Driver.

Does that count?

also, a german suplex from one of the e-fed guys I handle is brutal, since the guy is 6'11" and drops the other guy on his head with that move. :)

For me it'd have to be Kobashi's Burning Hammer.

Rikishi's cage dive. Venis deserved to be made friggin' world champion for taking that.

I can't really judge on that since most guys base their decision to take moves by the trust of their opponent. I don't know any of them personally, so a fair judgement couldn't be made

If its a serious move like the vertebreaker, he'd have to weigh more than me. Otherwise I'd be scared he'd drop me. Like Nash's powerbomb on Big Show.

Nash shouldn't have done the move on him if he didn't know for sure he couldn't handle the weight. Powerbomb's are normally scary to take by themselves, the jacknife is a move that Nash only takes you halfway. The rest you have to balance alone.

What was it called? The Screwdriver?

Where Scott Steiner would hold you up in a suplex position and drop you into a piledriver?

Yeah...I'd pass on that.

I wouldn't be jumping for joy if i had to take a ganso bomb. Or a top rope tiger driver. Even a clothesline from Hansen or bradshaw (HOSS!!)wouldn't be much fun.
