Guest Youth N Asia Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Personaly I'd like to see the Colt Cabana vs CM Punk series to go to NWA TNA...or the Cabana/Punk tag team with Dave Prazak, either would work.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 As far as actual indy guys, and not "big timers" cruising the indy circuit, I'd like to see Michael Shane (Shawn Michaels' nephew, currently in ROH...Heyman was planning on pushing him to the moon in ECW), Kaos from XPW (too loyal and wouldn't jump, but one of the few guys I like out of that hellhole), or American Dragon (good for X Divison).
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Get the Christopher Street Connection to feud with the Rainbow Express, dammit. Enough of this Miss TNA bullshit, I want some Hardcore Wrestling between 2 Pseudo-Gay Tag Teams. Queercore?
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Jose Perez is an indy worker in New England that isn't half bad. I'd say have him work a brawl with Malice. Ditto for Thrash, another New England indy worker. Trent Acid should definitely be on one week.
Guest the 1inch punch Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Jody Fliesh in the x division Yes indeedio, and take Jonny Storm with him
Guest scratch Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 How about the Insane Dragon and Deranged? They are two really young guys from Jersey All-Pro Wrestling, who are lightning quick and have some really amazing moves that have to be seen to be believed. They could work the Maximos or the Briscoes in what could be incredible ****-***** classics. --Scratch
Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Slim J (scarily talented for a 17-year-old) Rainman and/or Murder One (they'd make great back-up guys for The Truth) John Phoenix (invented a lot of the famous highspots used in the past 18 or so months, including Red's "Red Star Press, but he looks a lot like The Messiah, so that may be a negative) Rick Michaels (the guy's currently employed by them, but he's the damn COSTUME DESIGNER! Frickin' morons...) If guys that have gotten dark matches but not been on the PPV's count... Jimmy Rave Quiet Storm Adam Jacobs Jeff G. Bailey The Lost Boys
Guest Sandman9000 Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 Divine Storm and Brian XL Backseat Boys Lost Boys Chris Hero CM Punk Colt Cobana Homicide Messiah (if he can ever wrestle again) Jody Fleisch Ruckus and M-Dogg 20 (for flippity-floppity goodness) Adam Flash
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted August 9, 2002 Report Posted August 9, 2002 IIRC Shawn Micheals nefew was offered one of the dark matches this last week, but didn't know if he could make it on short notice. I wouldn't be surprised to see them bring him in for a look in the near future.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Johnny Smith would be great. Vader after the DUI thing.
Guest JHawk Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 There's an indy worker in northeast Ohio named Tack who might work. Still a bit green, but he could work the X division and a decent hardcore match, and he has a way of connecting with the crowd. I'd hold off on him for another year or two personally, but he's got a great upside.
