Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 You might be surprised to see how often Spy Kids one rents at my video store... It is scary. I love the slam of the week, boot of the week, etc. segments. It is cool, wouldn't it be funny if they called it "spot of the week" Or Bump of the week." Hahaha...
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Yep...I loved that match. Finally, Rico gets the win. Maybe there is hope for Funaki yet. Maybe, one day, someone will actually job to Funaki. That would be awesome. I would love to see them give Funaki a serious push, either for the Cruiser belt or even the IC belt. Make him just one bad ass guy, do NOT refer to him as "the Japanese guy", and plug him in a feud with Benoit. I don't know about you, but I'd mark for that program, and I'm sure the fans could get behind it. Take away all of his "goofy" looks and whatnot, give him a manager perhaps, say Paul E. or bring my man Sony Ono back, heheheh!
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Sonny Ono would work great for Funaki. Good idea. Cena wears baby blue tights, and is a Baby face.. ha
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Sonny Ono would work great for Funaki. Good idea. My dream is for Sony Ono to debut, with the stable consisting of Taka, Funaki, Tajiri, and the main guy in the stable, CIMA. If they put that on my TV, say against Benoit, Eddie, Jericho, and RVD, I most certainly would be forever thankfull of them.
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Watching this reply of the six-man, it makes me realize that much more just how damn awesome it was.
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 I AM SO GLAD THEY REPLAYED THAT MATCHES ENDIND! MY GAWD!!!
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 That thing that Mysterio does in the ropes, what he used to use as simply a "fake out" in going to the outside of the ropes. Damn, I love it that he has that as an actual offensive move now. Has anyone ever done that as an offensive move before like this? If so, I've never seen it!
Guest BifEverchad Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Watching this reply of the six-man, it makes me realize that much more just how damn awesome it was. me too!
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 YES, my wait is over, it's Bull time baby! Damn, btw, he looks like he's in great shape btw.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Oh man...the Bull Buchanan match. I can barely contain my enthuiasm.
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Bull Buchanan has the worst haircut ever.
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Was Bull ever fired or anything, or has he been here constantly for about 5-6 years?
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 BIG AWESOME MIKE AWESOME. And is that ECW chants I hear? Power bomb Bull over the top-rope to the outside through a table! THat would get Awesome over in a second. Who would take that bump though? Imagine how over Foley could have gotten Awesome?
Guest Cubbie78 Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 damn, bull looks different from the last time I saw him
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Bull Buchanan looks neanderthallic. I hate Bull.... THEY FIRED MIKE SANDERS FOR THIS?
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 *wishes someone still did "the rude awakening" as a finisher* HOLY SH*T was that ever awesome, that's amzing Bull can do that!
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 hahah, TAZZ just no sold Awesome tyring to get he crowd into the match on that rest hold. "So tapping the match gets you confidence. Look I am tapping the desk, I have confidence."
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Tazz just quacked. Someone kill him.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Bull hits a legdrop and...that's it? *sigh*
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 I liked it, so sue me. I think Bull has plenty of potential to be worthwhile, and yes I'm serious damnit. On a side note... ...why are they apparently making Awesome "pay his dues" once again? Did WWE fail to watch Awesome/Tanaka or other such matches?
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Was that his old finisher? Or is that new for him, because that didn't hit. HAHA
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Was that his old finisher? Or is that new for him, because that didn't hit. HAHA What didn't hit?
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 I still say, find someoen who can bump unreal for Awesome... Say.. RVD, because he can take a sick neck bump. Throw him and RVD together, have RVD fly around on Awesome for a while, have Awesome catch or Kill RVD on those moves, and then do his BIg Splash across the ring, or his over the top rope Suicide Dive. It won't happen, but it would be cool.
Guest Downhome Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Why does WWE promote such sh*t movies, like Rollerball, Croc Hunter, and Kung Pow? Please, really, help me out here.
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 His leg drop didn't "fit," Sorry. I just don't see him doing a top leg drop. Fit, not hit. Sorry. But, a big man who can fly is cool.

But, a big man who can fly is cool. Perhaps we can give him The Rude Awakening! *vomits watching this Hogan/Brock sh*t* No, not because of Hogan, but because they uesed Hogan to simply make Brock look like some big bad guy. Making it look like since Hogan beat all of those other legends, that Brock is that much better than ALL of them after he beat Hogan. *vomits again*
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Yup, it is all he needed with Masato in ECW. If you make a guy look like he coudl KILL someone he is gonna get over. But I think Mike fucked up his chances by jumping to WCW like he did. I need to find my odl Masato/Gladiator tapes. So good.
Guest Valcourt Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Ok, so Flair AND Hogan falls for the "I WANNA HIT THE MANAGER" ploy. THese are ledgends aren't they?
Guest Cubbie78 Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 ewwwwwwwwwwwwww, that bleeding from the mouth shit
