I know that some people say Battle Royals are garbage, butI enjoy them, so everyone post your favorites here.

 

Mine: The 13 Man Battle Royal (lol) from the Summer of 1996. Pretty good when it came down to the final 4. Ahmed won by last tossing goldust i THINK. Sid & Stone Cold were the other 2.

A whole bunch of guys eliminated him, but if I remember correctly, Randy Savage was the main instigator.

 

I don't really have a favourite battle royal..just moments. For example about 12-15 guys chasing Shawn Michaels around the ring during a battle royal in February 1995. Or that big pileup during the battle royal on "Best of the WWF Vol. 3"

I also pick the IC title battle royal. I loved that. It even had a cameo appearance by "MVP" or something, which I certainly enjoyed.

About half the men elimanated Gonzalez. Savage, Adam Bomb, Bigelow & Diesel seemed to have made the bigger impact with people like 1-2-3 Kid &Marty Jannetty giving a push.

I was always a fan of the Copps Colluseum Battle Royale from 1989, with Bret Hart winning (final four were Bret, Perfect & the newly broken up Strike Force). It was on Best of the WWF, Vol 20 (I believe that was the one).

 

I also like the Battle Royal from Wrestlemania 2. One of the few times that I actually enjoyed celebrity involvement in a match.

I like the ending to the WMIV battle royal, where the face (Junkyard Dog) DOESN'T make the comeback and take out the doubleteaming heels (Bret Hart and Bad News Brown). Then Bad News turns on Bret and eliminates him, and Bret destroys the huge trophy.

I liked the Battle Royal on a Raw in October 95 where Owen Hart became the #1 contender for the I-C Belt (the one where Bulldog runs out and beats Marty's ass to help Owen win).

 

Ahmed's Battle Royal win was also a favorite of mine.

I saw a luchador battle royale on WCW Saturday Night that went about 20 minutes and kicked ass.

 

El Dandy was one of the final four. I don't know how.
