Guest MrRant Report post Posted August 11, 2002 The reason I put on the 70's because there were some psedo music videos out at the time. I would go with the 80's out of nostigla (sp).

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted August 12, 2002 80's. I can give you 3 videos to make the 80's the best era for videos: A-Ha - "Take On Me" Metallica - "One" Michael Jackson - "Thriller"
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted August 13, 2002 Definitely the 80's. There was so much more invention in the 80's with videos like "Sledgehammer", "She Blinded Me With Science", and "Take on Me"...while the 90's and 00's have much more quantity with throw away videos (re: hip-hop videos from artists not named Eminem). Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 Actually, yeah: Eminem's videos are pretty kick-ass. Best videos ever: Gwar.
Guest swan Report post Posted August 13, 2002 80's all the way. Many videos had silly little intro skits to them. David Lee Roth had some classics from the "Eat'em and Smile" Album. Hell every video from Van Halen's "1984 album was cool. I also enjoyed all the low budget metal/thrash videos.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted August 15, 2002 From the Late 90's to the current time and on have had more quality videos then any other time frame. Sure the 80's had some good and inventive videos but most of the videos were total shite. Now most videos are quality ones with only indie bands that have little money producing shitty videos(not that i'm bashing videos from non mainsteam people).
