I am not into taking drugs or anyting like that but he said it's not like real steroids where they get you unhealthy. Any advice on wether I should take it or not? Guest Shaved Bear Report post Posted August 11, 2002 it can be, if you are overweight already, then dont take it, because you wont be able to lose weight then, if you are one of small build, and have been lifting for a while only to find yourself not getting bigger than you should try it, but remember before starting something like this always consult a physical trainer or a doctor Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
