Where can you get Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro

None of my local stores have these things. I try looking for sites where you can dl them. So, does anyone know where I can get them?

Ask any "computer people" you know if they have a copy of it. Photoshop is the kind of thing that most people seem to have a burned copy of.

Where exactly could I download Hotline, anyway? I've looked on downloads.com, but all I seem to find are add-ons for Hotline... never the actual program.

IMO, this free program called GIMP, is a good PSP replacement. Although, I don't know the extent of what it can do or how good it truly is, since I haven't had time to really put it to work -
