Guest redbaron51 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 i'm not to sure about you guys, but I found Shane very entertaining in his promo's and with his matches, especially against Steve Blackman, Kurt Angle and even Vince McMahon. I sure do want him back on the TV again for a while...
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I love Shane. I'd rather have him on tv than Stephanie or her father.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted August 13, 2002 Rule of thumb: No Mcmahons on TV.
Guest The Flying Dutchman Report post Posted August 13, 2002 He's my favorite McMahon, actually. And he was looking really good as an actual wrestler towards the end of the Invasion when he got involved in tag matches. If he actually was taught how to wrestle a match rather than just get tossed around haphazardly (which he has a real talent for) he could actually look like a good talent. But maybe that's just me. Whatever.
Guest notJames Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I'm with Rudo. I like that Shane has enough sense to keep himself off TV, so that his sparse appearances actually have meaning and impact. Too bad when god was handing out common sense, Vince went to the ego line for seconds and Steph commandeered the silicone table.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I don't see what Shane could DO right now. On one hand, he hardly appeared on cameras once WCW took off, although one could argue that giving the camera to WCW workers instead of the mouthpiece was a better idea. That said, I like him on TV only when he has something to DO. Although watching X-Pac get ganged by the Mean Street Posse was really entertaining to watch. Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I like Shane and wouldn't mind him on tv if he were there to get somebody other than himself, his dad or his sister over. He helped turn the WCW purchase first into Shane vs Vince, then helped turn the ECW/WCW angle into Shane and Steph vs Vince. He used a Van Terminator on his dad to get himself and their match over. He cost Kurt Angle a KOR match to get his match vs Kurt over. notJames, if Steph's only crime had been getting too much silicone I'd be ok with that. But after she left that line, she also went to the ego line, as she likes to be the focus all too often as well.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I don't think he has anything to add to the show right now, so I don't want him there. I didn't have a problem with him before, but I don't think he has a reason for being there right now.
Guest The Flying Dutchman Report post Posted August 13, 2002 Basically, if he was on TV, I wouldn't mind. I'd much prefer that there be a point to him being there though. But he isn't. Moot point.
Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I can't stand Vince or Linda. Stephanie, I can't stand her...but damn is she fine. Shane I can stand. Bring him back.

Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted August 13, 2002 Whenever Shane's gone I tend to miss him for a while...then he comes back and takes up too much tv time...then I want him to go away...then he'll be gone a while and I wish he'd come back...then he comes back and takes up too much tv time...then he'd go away...then... Well, it's an endless cycle...you get the picture though
Guest Valcourt Report post Posted August 13, 2002 I like Shane... I would go as far to say I mark for SHane. He is good on the Mic and semms to bump good and when he works I like his unorthodox style. There just isn't a reason for him to come back right now, so it is better he is off TV. And did anyone notice how BIG he was when he was on the RAW where the GM was announced?
