Guest The Notorious CRD Report post Posted August 14, 2002 I saw the "What needs to go" thread and figured I'd start a topic for what needs to stay. Here are a few of my thoughts: - Ron Killings: How cool was it to see him win the World title? Thumbs way up. - The X Division: Probably their biggest draw at this point and deservedly so. - Making New Stars: They have a nice roster of established talent but also seem intent on getting their own stars over. - Goldylocks: Call me crazy, but she's the most competent female backstage interviewer I've yet seen. Plus she's easy on the eyes.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted August 14, 2002 Ron Killings X division Those are the only things that NWA: TNA needs. Just get a bunch of X division type guys and use 45 minutes to a hour on all of them. Give The Truth and the World title scene 30-45 minutes. Give the rest of the time to whatever skits or interviews they want.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted August 14, 2002 I agree with the first two posts completely. Also...Steamboat needs to stay.
Guest Chuck Woolery Report post Posted August 14, 2002 I agree with you. I want Goldylocks so bad after watching one episode of TNA.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted August 14, 2002 I SEEN HER FIRST!!!!!! ahem... aside from being hot...her role actually lets the backstage stuff make sense... as opposed to Vince trying to have sex with a diva with a cameraman in the room no one can see. Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted August 14, 2002 More tag matches... Forget Malice, Don Harris, the midget, the chicks, and Oklahoma wrestling...give time to York and Matthews, Simon and Swinger, and other talented indy teams
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted August 14, 2002 Nah, keep Malice. He's a big man that can actually work, has a look, and is pretty damn good at pulling off the monster. Plus, he'll sell for anybody. Malice/Don Harris wasn't that bad, so that's definitely a keeper for Malice. Plus, keep Don Harris in the Security Enforcer role: he's big, bald, and has a "reputation" of being a badass in storylines, so keep him as the enforcer. What needs to stay? X-Division The Truth Variety of matches Logical angles Interviews that evoke emotions Humor recognized as just that: humor DISCO INFERNO~!~

Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted August 14, 2002 Ditch the Dupp Cupp, Miss TNA, and Disco's talk show. 2 hour shows that you have to PAY for shouldn't have crap like that. Keep the X-Division and sign more people
Guest Blue Bacchus Report post Posted August 15, 2002 I think the Dupp Cup is fairly entertaining. C'mon, its just there for the humor and it's harmless. And maybe just maybe it'll get the Dupps Over. I mark for the Dupp Cup~!
