Considering I'm the old man of the board I'll go with top 20 Canadian wrestlers of all time, meaning they were born in Canada and are the best of the best in my opinion...

1)Brett Hart

2)Roddy Piper

3)Chris Benoit

4)Edouard Carpentier

5)Stu Hart

6)Don Leo Jonathan

7)Pat Patterson

8)Killier Kowalski

9)Owen Hart

10)Ivan Koloff

11)Chris Jericho

12)Dino Bravo

13)Rick Martel

14)Jacques Rougeau

15)Stan Stasiak

16)Rocky Johnson

17)Abdullah the Butcher

18)Lance Storm

19)Ronnie Garvin

20)The Spoiler

No I will not put Edge/Christian/Test as they are not worthy of top 20, though Edge may be in top 25 if anything......

Owen was talented but I dont rank him high due to his death. Piper has been wrestling since he was 17 yrs old and been in the ring with the best ever ie: Flair, Rhodes, Rich, Valentine, Lawler, Hart. Also his ring personality is one of the best as well as entertainment value and accomplishments in the sport. Also I did say it was my opinion.... B)

I understand but Piper was AWFUL from 1994-1999. Good list though- you obviously know your wrestling history.

But he wrestled only a half dozen matches in that period.

Let me get this straight. RON FUCKING GARVIN is higher than Pillman, Edge, Christian, Val, Test, Trish, hell, that midget on RAW this week?

Ron Garvin was better than all of them with the possible exception of Pillman.Brian wasn't Canadian though, was he?

Ron Garvin wasn't very good IMO... but I haven't seen much outside of his two title matches with Flair and some of his later WWF stuff

Granted, by the time Garvin got to the WWF, he had lost something but his early to mid 80's Georgia/NWA days were pretty good.A good brawler who could wrestle. His finishers were pretty weak though. The Garvin Stomp was silly and the big right hand knockout punch...eh...but the guy was still better in his prime than any of those half dozen

The post clearly stated those born in Canada. Pillman was born in the U.S.

That is why Davey Boy Smith (England) and Neidhart (U.S.) of the Hart Foundation also arent mentioned.

Test should be in there somewhere. I've actually seen a Test match and enjoyed it, which is more than I can say for Don Leo Jonathon.

I don't think I'm gonna bust out my reel-to-reel tape projectors for some Don Leo Jonathon rocket-busters any time soon...plus, they would probably suck by today's standards.

Garvin gets recognition (I HOPE) just becuz he held the world title for like 2 months.

Right now, PILLMAN HAD ***** matches TWICE with Liger, and had the most over tag team in WCW before he crushed his ankle. I'd put him over Garvin for sure.

I would put Pillman over Garvin too but PILLMAN ISN'T CANADIAN which disqualifies him from a top 20 Canadian wrestlers list.
