And for all i know he WAS a cool guy, I just dont like the music...and i dont like this whole condolance shit...the guys family is gonna me rich...watch me dance. And now ill just not say anything else about since you all have hardons about the guy and death being this horible thing....we all die...when the young die, its tragic when the old die, its their time...where did this mentality come from. this guy died at 30...well hes not young, hes not old...where does that leave him. No more music from a bad band, good. A human has to die=bad. Atleast my name doesnt have a dead stable in it composed of guys who ruined wrestling.(cheap shot, but you called me ignorant for having an opinion) And have you ever met Eminem, hes a total dick. TRUE STORY, im from mi, were in someplace in detroit area, i was to stoned to care where, we got to a 7-11, and keep in mind this is pre fame eminem, but we knew him from local music. The guy at the counter did something, i dont know what, but hes literally screaming at the guy, top of his lungs, screaming "Fuck you you arabic motherfucker", and he wont shut up and the guy behind the counter is just scared shitless...and i have to wonder what did the 7-11 clerk do to warrant a screaming fit at...he works at 7-11, leave the guy alone. He just keeps going...for like the whole time were in the store, maybe 2 -5 minutes, we get behind him, he shuts up and leaves...what a dick. And that whole attempted rape case against him got dropped real quick after he got signed by dre....cousre not many ppl know about that. So theres a real role model. I"m not going to try and say that Drowning Pool's music is genre defining or contributes to society, but I definitely enjoy listening to it on a fairly regular basis. That has actual repercussions and it effects people. People posting on a message board that they're not sorry he died is not stepping over the line because they're being truthful AND it has no effect on anything.
