I heard a REALLY SWANK idea that involved the WWf hyping up Angle for the olympics, just to have Brock 'injure' him and not allow him to qualify. That would bring A LOT of heat to the Brock/Angle match since Angle for his entire career has pimped the olympics. Have Angle win the Rumble and BOOM, ratings.

 

...Just sayin.

I LOVE that idea. I'd absolutely kill for that match. Brock STILL needs to establish the SSP.

Is OMEGA done?

The keep having reunions but not with the big guys from the past for the most part. Mostly the unsigned guys that the Hardys trained or wrestled the undercard: Will Powers, Gemini Kid, Madd Maxx, the zillion rookies. Cham Pain wrestled Steve Corino in a 57 star match at the last OMEGA REUNION card I saw. It fucking rocked.

Damn... that's a pretty good idea... Brock injuring Angle so he can't go to the Olympics, I mean...

Yeah, so Angle getting injured so he can't go to the Olympics...and he'll end up in the Main Event at WM?

 

I don't think so...but then again, it's the WWE.

Well there can be a certain 'qualifying period' that Angle needs to meet up with, Brock injures him/prevents him from going and Angle gets pissed and stuff.

But Angle wouldn't purposely hold out on the Olympics, that's the point.

But Angle seems less and less intent on actually doing the Olympics everytime he talks about it. It used to be guaranteed; then we'll see what condition in, now he's thinking it over. I doubt he's going to do it.
