I just was just wondering which members of the board have been to wrestling PPV's? If you've been to a few which was your favourite? Have any of you been on camera at a wrestling PPV? I've been to one. The WWF No Mercy, UK Only, pay-per-view, with my mate Jonathan back in 1999. It was at the Manchester Evening News Arena and live it was pretty good, but it seemed rather short. When I got home I checked out the tape and the show sucked! and it was only 2 hours 15 minutes. It was the start of us British fans being screwed by the WWF with these UK only PPV's. However, at the event I thought it was great!

I went to WrestleMania XIV and KOTR 2000 at the Fleet Center. Take your pick on which was better.

Great American Bash 1988 Baltimore, Maryland

Everything it was hyped up to be and more. Luger/Flair was the highlight of the card plus the tripe cage tower of doom match I loved every bit of it from top to bottem

Rumble 98 (where HBK injured his back) and Superbrawl 8 or 9, it was right after Starrcade 97 (Sting gets his ass handed to him and gets a fluke win in his match with Hogan). Don't really remember either to be honest which is the downside to actually going to an event.

I was also mucho disappointed by No Way Out in Milwaukee. I spent the whole T&T tag match in line for a milkshake.

im ashamed to say that I went to Starcade 98 with Goldberg vs Nash as the ME.

Needless to say thats not one of my favs.

WM 17 was my favorite, considering I got to watch in on a 61 inch television with about 100 other people.

Slamboree 94, the 1st (and only GOOD) WCW show I went to. Flair beat Barry Windham, Austin beat Johnny B. Badd, Cactus and Kevin Sullivan Vs the Nasty Boys, and Sting Vs Vader.

KOTR 95, as bad a review as people give it, I loved it live.

Mind Games 96: Mankind Vs Michaels, plus I met Tommy, Sandman and Paul Heyman. Hands down favorite.

Unforgiven 2000: With all the potential the show had, it was a letdown, but it was still cool being there live. And Austin got the loudest pop I've ever heard.

Survivor Series 1996- Yeah, I made a 6 hour drive all the way to NYC to go to MSG live for SS 96. It was around the time I was just becoming a fan again, thanks to Austin. Very fun show to be at, and I got to see Austin/Bret in one of the best classic matches of wrestling. Main Event was fun too.

Revenge of the Taker IYH 1997- The WWF came here to Rochester for a pay per view. While the pay per view was pretty much trash, I became the biggest Austin mark ever (LoL) and I was in second row for this show. Taker/Mankind was ok, but Bret/Austin III was another entertaining match yet again.

Wrestlemania 18- Rock/Hogan was a unique experience and very fun to witness. Austin's placement dissapointed me (and the rest of my section), and Triple H/Jericho was so-so. Such a huge audience though, it truly was captivating to look out into that sea of people.

The pay per view I had the most fun at would have to be Survivor Series 1996. I was so hyped for Bret/Austin and the crowd was hot that night. I was one of the kids who chimed in with the dimmer "Let's go Austin" chants. HBK/Sid was actually fun to witness because all of the girls screamed for HBK, whereas most older guys popped for Sid.

I went to WCW Halloween Havoc '94 and Havoc '95. It was a toss up as to which one was better. I received comp seats for '94, which was cool. Plus, they were rather good seats, so I could see everything. I even remember the first match I saw live, a Booker T-Brian Armstrong WCW Main Event match. It even had Terry Funk getting power bombed into a pumpkin, if I remember correctly.

'95, I had bad seats as I was behind some morons who kept blocking my view; however the pre shows featured such things as Benoit, Eddy, Malenko, and the Blue Bloods. I actually became a huge Eddy fan for a bit just because of his match that night. It also featured a Horsemen beat down on Sting, if I remember correctly, along with the Yeti/Giant bearhug of doom~! on Hogan. Problem was it also had a sumo monster truck match, Giant getting pushed off of Cobo Hall, and I believe Dave Sullivan snuck on the card somewhere as well.

I would have to say Halloween Havoc '95 card by a nose because of the Yeti. I mean, where else would you find a yeti dressed like a mummy?

I've been to No Way Out 2001 and WCW Halloween Havoc 2000 (the last Havoc of WCW which is kindof sad because I miss WCW)

I was at Armageddon 2000. Good show. The heat when Austin and Rock squared off was bone-chillingly sweet, and I was the only person cheering when Angle retained.

I was also at No Mercy '99 (UK), personally i thought it sucked live, probably the worst i've been to, but hell, you know what to expect in the UK. I was all over the Capital Carnage tape, front row (well, second but it's all the same.)

I've only been to one, Summerslam 2001. Great show, lots of good matches and probably one of the best shows from 2001.

I was at Wrestlemania X7, which was absolutely freaking awesome. Hard to compare.

And I was at Unforgiven 2001, which might of been close at the end with Angle winning it. Whole 9/11 vibe...pretty damn emotional in the ol' Mellon Arena.

I was at One Night Only in 1997, easily the best WWF PPV of 1997. My only live WWF show.

I was on the side opposite the camera, and when I watched it again at home later it was so weird seeing the same event, but mirrored
