But the last Staind album is ALL depressing anti-love songs (probably realizing that's marketable), so there has to be a few good pickings... I think "It's Been Awhile" (although extremely overplayed, the first time I heard it it reminded me so much of my ex I cried for a longass time) and "Fade" are awesome songs. I want to use a System of a Down song, unfortunately there's no real personal feeling in System songs, which probably takes a lot away from their appeal to some, if not most people.
