well its Nash...so that gives it an automatic 0...but if it was another wrestler, it would be a 6-8/10 effort

Honestly its only about a 6-7. I'm taking points off for the background(cause you could've made it) and the fact that your using all precut psds.. get some creativity and cut your own pics :P

Yeah , your backgrounds and text are always too sloppy. They need to be more clean and edgy fonts and colors. When you can change color schemes and get creative with the pictures instead of just cut and paste banners, they'll be better.

Just syaing. You can look at Thunder and Nikki's best work and build from there. It is probably better than I personally could do, but All I meant was you need a cleaner banner without too many different colors and designs. It needs to have a symmmetry and cleanness about it.

I'm new at this so take it easy on me. :P

Dude I'm critical of it because i know that you are just taking a premade background and just pasting some premades and adding text. Seriously, you need to get a basic color scheme, like CallmeDan said. Also, invest in getting at least a trial or a full version of Eyecandy 4000, and DBS flux, but before that, experiment. You could easily add some drop shadows and play around with the layer palette with the pictures and stuff.

That may seem way too harsh but i learned cause i got critqued by other people that made banners for longer than me.
