Of course he'd be hopelessly outclassed in a physical fight, but Batman is smart enough to make sure the fights don't get physical, or if they do, not until he has already seized an insurmountable advantage. It's absolutely an indictment as to how sad and pathetic my life really is, that I have arguments with people over goddamn comic book characters.... ...But I digress.
