Guest Report post Posted February 23, 2002 "The Human Wrecking Ball" Pete Madden finally gained revenge against Nikki Strychnine tonight and became two-time GCW Champion in the process, defeating his archrival in a match that went all over the Aggies' building. Madden scored the win in the hardcore bout by launching a chairsault off the top turnbuckle to put Strychnine through a table on the arena floor! Also, Jack Adonis made his return to Aggies' in grand style, becoming #1 contender by defeating D'Mon G and Big Bad Ben in the same night. Earlier in the night, Ben had beaten Kevin Sharp(despite interference from Kevin's brother Steve) to reach the finals of the mini-tournament. Several new partnerships were formed...not only Kevin and Steve Sharp aligning, but Diamond Back Dingo and Crocodile Kid joined forces and Johnny Jett turned on his tag partner Sam Bacardi to side with the Old School Warriors. The night also featured two electrifying triple threat matches. In the first, Outtkast and Rat Boy overcame the duos of Delirious/MsChif and Billy McNeil/Matt, with Outtkast scoring the upset over Light Heavyweight Champion McNeil with the aid of a foreign object. Later that night, as chosen by the GCW website poll, Ryan Ash took on his allies McNeil and Matt in a triple threat match(since McNeil and Matt had tied in the voting). Ash knelt down on a sunset flip attempt by McNeil to pick up the win and end a rather unfortunate night for The Irish Luchador. Full results: -Diamond Back Dingo d.
