Guest the pinjockey Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Why would Anglesault be angry, it sounds like he had a good match with kidman "Winner by Countout - Billy Kidman " You did read this part right?
Guest B-X Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 I'm not sure, but when he stopped for gas, he said something something "cruiser propaganda" something something "I'll get them short lil fuckers" something something. I'm fairly sure he was pissed.

Guest The Ruthless Aggressor Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Damn my computer crashed. Two updates: SmackDown! Match #4 - Rikishi, John Cena vs. D-Von, Batista 9:55pm Batista and D-Von we're on shaky terms to say the least considering what happened last week. Batista hardly acknowledged D-Von at all. D-Von starts the match and gets the upper end on Cena. Batisita is tagged in and goes at it with Rikishi but Rikishi fires back with a belly-to-belly. Cena is tagged back in and trys to match strength with Batista but fails. Cena stays on Batista though and almost hits the ref and when Cena goes to the rope, D-Von pulls the rope down and Cena hits on the floor hard. D-Von is tagged back in and tells Cena that it's time to testify. D-Von misses a top rope diving headbunt. D-Von hooks Cena's ankle to prevent the tag to Rikishi, but Cena gets the tag a moment later. Rikishi hits the a samoan drop on Rikishi. Rikishi hits the savate kick and the Backs the Ass Up. Batista drops in the corner and D-Von attacks again. Cena dropkicks Batista out of the ring. Rikishi Back the Ass Up on D-Von and then gives him a Stinkface. Batista gets back in the ring and hits Rikishi in the back of the head, D-Von attacks Cena. D-Von and Batista gets into an argument and Batista's only response was a spinebuster on D-Von. Batista walks out on D-Von. Rikishi gets back into the ring and give D-Von the Banzai Drop to get the 1-2-3. Winners by Pin - Rikishi, John Cena SmackDown! Match #5 - Nid a w/Jamie Noble vs. Molly Holly -Women's Title- 10:09pm Nidia applies armbar holds on Molly until Molly counters them. Both women lockup again and Molly has a side headlock on Nidia. Noble distracts Molly and Nidia tries a rollup for a 2 count. Molly takes control and slams Nidia's head to the mat. Molly tries a suplex but Nidia counters with small package for a 2 count. Nidia slingshots Molly to the corner and gets another 2 count. Nidia kicks Molly in the gut and DDT's here but only 2 count. Nidia hoists Molly on the ropes but Molly battles back and knocks off Noble. Molly hits the Molly-Go-Round on Nidia to get the 1-2-3. After the match, Noble encourages Nidia to still give the fans what they wanted and that was to flash the crowd. But as Nidia was taking off her shirt, she then gets knocked down by Noble who got hit by the women's title belt from Molly. Winner by Pin - Molly Holly
Guest ISportsFan Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Let's take a look at something here... Angle is selfless enough to give Kidman a countout victory... Hogan is selfish enough to pound "that punk" Kidman into oblivion and not let him get any offense on his way to beating him on 2 consecutive PPVs. Who is the better human? Jason
Guest BoboBrazil Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 What the fuck? Knoble turned on Nidia?! This fucking sucks.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Raw isn't a ppv is it? My point stands. Is the Green Monster wrestling tonight? Or did they finally figure out that wrestling matches just expose him?
Guest kane3212321 Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 So??? Kidman didn't win by anything meaningful. I'm happy that Kidman got to wrestle Angle. Two of my favourite wrestlers together!
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 I seem to recall Scott Keith predicting that Batista would turn on D-Von by Summerslam (and receive a bigger push by Survivor Series) at Batista's debut. This sure cut it close, didn't it.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 However, I also really hope that the WW_ follows up on this, so that the Kidman win won't be forgotten or wasted. Or else, the Angle job will be worthless, as both Kidman and Angle come out looking bad. ::laughs:: Follow up on that? The WWE? Doubtful, but that's why we love them *so much*
Rob E Dangerously Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Knoble didn't turn on Nidia.. Molly Holly is to blame. I want Molly to do the Nidia gimmick also
Guest Anglesault Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 So??? Kidman didn't win by anything meaningful. I'm happy that Kidman got to wrestle Angle. Two of my favourite wrestlers together! Run.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 What the fuck? Knoble turned on Nidia?! This fucking sucks. You must have missed this: But as Nidia was taking off her shirt, she then gets knocked down by Noble who got hit by the women's title belt from Molly It would be quite stupid to break them up, so I sure hope they aren't building up to that.
Guest Dangerous A Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Yes, you are correct about ppv matches. They are only 1-1 with a no contest. But IMO Mankind won the blowoff. So what if it was on free tv. Plus that match rocked bells. I concede to you about the ppv match record, but Mankind did get the last laugh in that particular feud.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 11-16! I didn't even bother figuring out the record. did you count in no decisions? 11-16. Yep, Angle is the future dagumnit.
Guest The Ruthless Aggressor Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Well at least since Angle was made to look weak tonight, he's going to win at the PPV.
Guest kane3212321 Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Geez Anglesault, Angle gets to put on good matches, keeps his heat, etc... and you are unhappy? WHo would u like him to wrestle then???
Guest the pinjockey Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 So??? Kidman didn't win by anything meaningful. I'm happy that Kidman got to wrestle Angle. Two of my favourite wrestlers together! Run. Please AS just keep the Test/Kane tape locked up. That is all I ask. Nobody here wants it to get that ugly.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Angle has been made to look week ALL FUCKING YEAR and the second half of last year. He is 11-16 since Mania, and the REALLY bad period was from about October of last year to February, so I'd like to see that record.
Guest B-X Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 I am scared by the fact that I actually tabulated those results. No, I didnt do No-contests / draws.
Guest B-X Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Yet Angle, people are still calling for Brock to drop the title to Angle this year. He must be doing something right.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Let see. the biggestf ace in the company gets manhandled by Big Show and The biggest heel jobs to Billy Kidman this week. ::repeatedly mashes head into wall::
Guest the pinjockey Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 "SD 7/11: Taker/Cena over Angle/Jericho" I still get a kick out of that one. I was there live and everyone in the place was just like "Yeah that was bullshit".
Guest deadbeater Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 The Bat walks out on D-Von, but storyline-wise, we are not exactly sure why. Molly in curlers!! Probably as close to being intimate as we can get with her. She is a trooper. Funaki is turning out to be the best backstage interviewer, as he is playing the Gordon Solie part well (the part in which Solie interviews the guys, and for some reason, the other wrestlers in character open up to him without humiliating him. In so doing the wrestlers develop their character). I think I also read that Noble was knocked into Nidia by Molly's Title Belt Whack OF DOOM. Molly bumps hard for Nidia, giving Nidia her best match by far in the WWE, hits her Molly Go Round, the best move created by anyone this year, and started a potential Nidia/Noble feud in the process. I'm so happy, because MOLLY SO RULES!! Take that, Eric!! How long was the Nidia/Molly match?
Guest kane3212321 Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Test/Kane was an alright match, it wasn't great of anything but it was still alright for both guys involved. Sure Angle has been trodden on all year, but he has also made a few stars of the future careers and also has probably taught some younger superstars how to have a good match etc..
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Gee, and people bitch about this board favoring Benoit. You know who you are. I like Angle too, so don't jump on me.
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 However, I also really hope that the WW_ follows up on this, so that the Kidman win won't be forgotten or wasted. Or else, the Angle job will be worthless, as both Kidman and Angle come out looking bad. ::laughs:: Follow up on that? The WWE? Doubtful, but that's why we love them *so much* Well, it is a shaky proposition to the WWF, isn't it? Kidman was only thrown a token win, and was used as a pawn to push Rey/Kurt, that I realize. I can see next week's spoilers now, as he returns to the Velocity circuit in a match with Funaki. But I can still hold out hope that Angle's job won't be in vain.
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 "SD 7/11: Taker/Cena over Angle/Jericho" I still get a kick out of that one. I was there live and everyone in the place was just like "Yeah that was bullshit". Goes to show how well (or not) Cena has been received so far.
Guest Anglesault Posted August 21, 2002 Report Posted August 21, 2002 Yet Angle, people are still calling for Brock to drop the title to Angle this year. He must be doing something right. His talent shines through the shit. Angle hasn't even had a good feud this year January: Nothing February: Triple H, Just because. Turns into a title shot March: Kane, for reasons not explained April: edge, Because Edge called Angle a dork May: Edge, over a T SHIRT June: Hogan, over a wig July: Thrown into taker/Rock feud August: rey, because Rey's short. Test/Kane was an alright match, it wasn't great of anything but it was still alright for both guys involved. Sure Angle has been trodden on all year, but he has also made a few stars of the future careers and also has probably taught some younger superstars how to have a good match etc.. Are you like NegaSault, sent here to be the exact opposite of me?
